My room had air conditioning and was quite spacious. It even had a lovely garden with a real Mexican vibe, which was really cool! 🌿

The restaurant was charming for breakfast & suppers here, I had creative dishes. There were climate control, a sitting area and an electric kettle too. Also, location was beautiful and good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Iklab Art Center.

The location is dreamy and is situated right on the beach, which makes for a special stay. The room was quite lovely, with a good shower and comfortable mosquito netted beds. The breakfast provided was very tasty and generous, a wonderful addition to any morning.
The management of the hotel needs to be improved.

Beautiful location. Nicely designed cabanas.
Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Problems with rooms not dealt with professionally. Inadequate cooling-- no fans or breeze.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and air-conditioned with incomparable views, a decent size bathroom, internet provided.

Didn't have hot water, but I guess you didnt really need it, the cool water felt great.

Nice hotel, next to the beach and with a good restaurant where they make their own pasta. Beautiful cabanas with lots of natural light.
Some problems with electricity.

What a fantastic weekend! The beachfront cabana was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the portions were ample. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. It was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend getaway. We also enjoyed the complimentary kayaking, which was a great way to explore the area.
The lights on the deck were too bright and there was no dimmer. It made it a little hard to relax in the evenings.

Location right on the beach, it is a nice size resort not to over crowded. Rooms are like cabanas, colourful, and very clean. The staff are friendly and easy going bi-lingual which is very helpful. Wifi access in common areas, delicious Italian meal options and complimentary breakfast is also what makes the stay more appealing! I love the design of the place, they have the best hammocks and beach beds!

South east of Tulum, on the beach, close to the Maya ruins, this 'eco-friendly' cluster of cabins is definitely 'special' - but we enjoyed the difference from the normal Yucatan mega hotel. It is literally a stone's throw from the white sand beach and turquoise Atlantic.
Not a real criticism, but the limited 'eco electricity' meant that even the ceiling fan stopped at midnight (no aircon - and it was hot and humid, even in end-September).

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach - it was away from the crowds yet close to everything. The hotel facilities were great, including super comfortable sunbeds and a lovely terrace for breakfast. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and always had a genuine smile on their faces. Additionally, the cleanliness was excellent.
Everything great.

This is a fantastic hotel, perfect getaway from manic city life. The beach is beautiful, the cabins and the whole setting is so picturesque. The food at the restaurant was incredible, by far the best meal of my whole stay in Mexico and to rival some of the best restaurants in New York for a fraction of the price. This place is heaven.
